Then, delete unnecessary files, messages, and attachments, and empty the trash to free up storage space.<\/p>\n<p> <\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/accounts\/answer\/3024190\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learn how to download your data in an archive<\/a><\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If your account exceeds the storage limit, your services will be suspended until you free up more space.<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Drive<\/strong>\u2014You will not be able to sync or upload new files. You will not be able to create new files in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, or Jamboard. Until you reduce the amount of storage you are using, neither you nor anyone else will be able to edit or copy the affected files. Syncing will stop between your computer&#8217;s Google Drive folder and My Drive.   <\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Photos<\/strong>\u2014You will not be able to add more photos or back up existing photos and videos.<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h6><span
